Feastables provides a 30-day no-reason return and exchange option beginning on the date an order is delivered.

Expected Return Condition

Feastables evaluates the returned merchandise and order record together, allowing for any condition caused by the defect while expecting ordinary no-reason returns to remain complete and responsibly handled.

Who Covers the Return Cost

For both a change-of-mind return and a damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete, or other quality-issue order, Feastables pays the carrier cost through a prepaid return shipping label.

Requesting a Return

Please notify Feastables first and wait for return instructions, because an unidentified parcel may require additional time to match to the original order.

Products Outside the Convenience Return

The convenience-return exclusion at Feastables covers custom-made goods, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive items; legally protected quality, damage, wrong-item, and shortage claims remain available.

Cancellations and Post-Delivery Remedies

An eligible customer may choose an exchange through Feastables; when a refund is approved, it is sent to the original payment method and should post within 5–10 business days. Cancellation remains available before shipment, with shipped orders handled under this Refund Policy.
